Can I track my order?
Yes you can! After your order is placed we will send you your order number and link for tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you want to change your order please email hello@originalearthlings.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our warehouse elves may have already sent it out. (They can't help it! They love to be efficient! It's not their fault!)
How long will it take to receive my order?
We know it’s super exciting when you order cute things for your home or gifts for your loved ones. We ship orders same day and most USA deliveries are received within 3-5 business days. 🚀 However, COVID-19 has played a role in some slight shipping delays. It make take an additional few days to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?
Good question, we have three different shipping rates depending upon how quickly you would like your Earthling delivered. We also offer free shipping on orders above $40, Earthlings love company so why not buy a pair and save!

What plants are best for my Earthling?
Earthlings are great for all types of indoor greenery. Because of their size smaller plants which require less water are recommended such as air plants, cacti and succulents.
Do Earthlings have a drainage hole?
Yes! There is a drainage hole included on each pot with a removal plug to make sure your plants get the perfect amount of water.
Can I use my Earthling as a pen holder?
Yes! They are the perfect size to hold your fav pens and office supplies.
What are Earthlings made from?
Earthling pots are made from PLA thermoplastics 🍃 which are derived from natural and renewable resources such corn starch and sugar cane!
Where are Earthlings made?
Earthlings are born in Australia, made in China and live in the USA. Wow, talk about a world traveller!
